Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI MOM's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

AI MOM provides AI-powered meeting intelligence services including:

• Real-time audio transcription and processing
• Meeting summary generation and insights
• File upload and batch processing capabilities
• User account management and data storage
• Integration tools and API access

User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights and privacy of others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to compromise the security of our systems

Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our service. However, you grant us certain rights to process this content:

• Right to process audio files for transcription and analysis
• Right to store your data securely on our servers
• Right to use anonymized data to improve our AI models
• Right to backup your data for disaster recovery

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access:

• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability
• We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it
• Force majeure events may impact service delivery
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features

Payment and Billing

For paid services, the following terms apply:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• Taxes are additional where applicable

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service for:

• Recording conversations without proper consent
• Processing content that violates others' privacy rights
• Illegal activities or content that violates laws
• Spreading malware or attempting system breaches
• Reverse engineering or copying our AI technology
• Commercial resale without our written permission

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We provide the service "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us
• We are not responsible for third-party content or services

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may cancel your account at any time through your settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our retention policy
• Some provisions of these terms survive termination

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time:

• Material changes will be communicated via email or service notifications
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• You may terminate your account if you disagree with changes

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AI MOM is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of our jurisdiction.
